Tari Willis Associates often carry out investigations for householders, builders, developers, Housing Associations and businesses.

We have over 25 years experience in site, soil and slope stability investigations here on the Island including Hampshire and Dorset areas.

The Isle of Wight is well known for a variety of ground conditions. Not only are there large areas of highly shrinkable clays but also areas where sensitive slope stability problems can arise.

Tari Willis Associates have a depth of knowledge and have advised many clients over the years. We have designed many types of special foundations from simple wide strip footings on soft ground to special piled foundations.

Even if you are building on land that may have possible ground problems we have a number of solutions that can get over these issues.

There are a number of different types of foundation solutions that we have designed on many different soil conditions. A particular method chosen will depend on exact ground conditions and size of load applied.

Tari Willis Associates have specialist foundation design and site inspection/supervision experience on many hundreds of projects.
