We can advise on the proposed alteration works, conversion works or refurbishments to various dwellings and buildings, and can carry out the required design calculations and associated drawings for Building Regulation approval and Construction purposes.
We have experience with foreseeing potential issues, or resolving problems that can arise with existing buildings. During the site works we can be called in by contractors to inspect any site issues, agree the extent of the work originally proposed, and modify or propose alternative ways of dealing with any defects or issues that may arise.
